The Governor’s Office of Planning and Research (OPR) and the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) will host two Annual Progress Report (APR) webinars on October 6th, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and January 5th, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. During the webinars, OPR and HCD staff will present APR requirements and guidance and answer questions to assist local governments in preparing their General Plan and Housing Element Annual Progress Reports due April 1st, 2023.
